First day of research and I feel cui-ed.
I feel so lost in the research lab.
My two other partners are like I-know-everything!
Partly because this is the 2nd time they are taking research.
But well I just feel so don't-know-what-to-do!
So I stared at how they set up their experiment and hoping someone can tell me what I can do.
And I patiently watch and observed.
Then it was my turn to get busy after they had set up theirs.
Had to run column and at the same time do TLC.
Its tough! My poor brain are not good at coordinating lar!
Column >> TLC >> Change the column test tube >> TLC >> Add column solvent >> visualising for TLC plates >> endless!
I am so tired now and need to read journals.
I shall not complain too much since I have opted for this route. Just need to mourn so I will remember this torture. Proabably something good will come out of all this hardwork.
